The programme is 100% online, so you dont have to drive anywhere, or arrange childcare. It’s all delivered through my dedicated app.

You’ll complete two to three written exercises per week, don’t worry, the only person who will see what you write, is you!

You’ll dive deep into why this is so important to you, what has held you back in the past, where your support can be found, and build a bullet proof plan to succeed this time.

Then it’s time to start tracking your new habit, problem solving any hiccups along the way, with help from me and your cohorts.

Check your messages every day or two and complete tasks by the end of each week. Attend the weekly zoom check ins, where we will share successes and help each other over any bumps in the road. Share your journey with our other cohorts through the check ins and group chat, to create a brilliant team vibe, as we all go through this together!
