iMoveFreely 4 Week course

In just four weeks, you’ll learn a series of exercises and techniques that you can do at home, without expensive equipment to keep your body moving freely every day.

Week by week you’ll build a repertoire of iMoveFreely flows for each significant area of the body, including your core, pelvis, hips, glutes, spine, shoulders, knees, ankles, and feet. You’ll also learn some useful breathing and bracing techniques that will help you to perform your exercises effectively, and keep your cardiovascular system working well.

To take part in this course, you will need to be mobile enough to get to the floor and back up again. I can offer reasonable assistance with this, by means of a helping hand, or something to hold on to.

This course starts on Wednesday 10th January 7.45-8.45pm at Squad PT in Brentwood CM14 4BA and runs at the same time, for four consecutive weeks.
