I have my own private studio gym, so the only person watching you do your thing, is me.

All of my packages include one to one, PT sessions, with me, Lisle Pugh, a female trainer, at my own personal gym in Harold Hill (find out more about me here).

Depending on your start point, your workout may include muscle energy techniques (met) and iMoveFreely mobilisation exercises, as well as resistance training in the form of bands, weights or the cable machine.

You’ll have regular biomechanics assessments, to monitor how your movement patterns are improving, and to identify any areas still needing attention.

Healthy eating habits are key to any weight loss programme, so you will receive the latest nutrition information and ongoing support and guidance to help you make healthy choices, that will lead to visibly improved body composition and renewed vitality.

We will set regular, acheivable goals and monitor your progress. Working together, we can identify any obstacles you face, and experiment with workable solutions, until we create the balance you need, so that your efforts are not derailed, as they have been in the past. You’ll gradually build new, healthier habits to replace the old unhealthy ones, so that your lifestyle supports your goals into the future.

My weightloss and fitness packages have been designed to deliver top results for women who are ready to make changes and be consistent, however, if you feel that you may need something a little different, I am happy to discuss options with you.
