The 180 Method – TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PROGRAMME

• This coaching programme is designed to support you in improving your health, lifestyle habits, mindset and overall wellbeing through education, accountability, guidance and behaviour change strategies.

• The programme is personalised to your current lifestyle, goals, challenges and preferences. Coaching may include habit tracking, educational content, goal setting, mindset support, check-ins, feedback and lifestyle recommendations.

• The programme is delivered primarily online through messaging, calls, online platforms and digital resources.

• Results will vary between individuals and are dependent on many factors, including consistency, communication, honesty, effort and personal circumstances.

• You will continue to have access to relevant online resources and programme materials throughout your active coaching period.


CLIENT HEALTH & RESPONSIBILITY

• You must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and provide accurate and honest information regarding your health, medical history and any relevant conditions before commencing the programme.

• You must inform me of any injury, illness, medical diagnosis or other relevant health change that may affect your ability to participate safely or follow recommendations provided during coaching.

• Coaching advice is intended to support healthy lifestyle habits and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

• You are responsible for implementing recommendations at your own pace and within your own capabilities.


WORKING RELATIONSHIP & CONFIDENTIALITY

• All personal information shared during coaching will be treated confidentially and stored securely.

• I may occasionally request feedback, progress photos, screenshots or testimonials for educational or promotional purposes. Nothing will ever be shared publicly without your prior consent.

• The coaching relationship must remain respectful and professional at all times from both parties.

• I will provide support, accountability and guidance in a professional, empathetic and non-judgemental manner throughout the programme.


COMMUNICATION & COACHING ACCESS

• Coaching support is provided during agreed working hours and response times may vary depending on workload, weekends and holidays.

• I reserve the right to take holidays or planned breaks of up to 14 days during the coaching period. During these times, you will continue to have access to programme materials and online resources, although live coaching responses and check-ins may be delayed or temporarily paused.

• Clients are encouraged to maintain consistency and continue applying the habits and strategies covered during these periods.


PAYMENTS, COMMITMENT & CANCELLATIONS

• By signing up, you are committing to a 6-month coaching programme.

• Payments may be made monthly or in full, depending on the agreed option at sign-up. Regardless of payment schedule, the full programme fee remains payable once the coaching agreement has commenced.

• Ending coaching early or choosing not to participate does not cancel any remaining payments owed for the agreed 6-month programme.

• If you choose to stop coaching before completing the programme, you may transfer any remaining coaching time to a friend or family member at my discretion. The transferred client will begin the programme from the start and may require additional payment if they are unable to complete the full programme within the remaining time available.

• Payments are non-refundable once coaching has commenced, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up, provided coaching has not yet commenced and no coaching materials or services have been delivered.
