Its no exaggeration to say, reducing my pains changed my life!

I was constantly grumpy, because being in pain is not fun and it prevents you from doing the things you love.

I was tired all the time, because being in pain is actually exhausting, and it can stop you from getting a good night’s sleep too.

I cursed my bad luck that I’d been dealt this wretched hand of a weak and “broken” body, and I worried about what the future would hold for me if my pains continued to get worse and my joints and muscles continued to get less and less dependable.

Then I found out a few things that completely changed the path I was on.

I went from taking painkillers and wearing supports EVERY SINGLE DAY to handstands, deadlifts and backsquats, and YOU COULD TOO (or whatever else you’d prefer to be doing 😊).
